Herbaceous or woody glabrous tendril vine with undulate-denticulate or serrulate leaves to 170mm x 100mm. 110mm wide white & purple-blue flowers with bracts to 35mm wide, , reddish calyx, sepals white within, white petals, corona filament in several series, 2 outer series to 35mm long, white & pink-spotted at base, banded blue & white at meddle & white at apex, inner filaments shorter. 70mm red fruits
