Herbaceous monoecious glabrous vine with trifid tendrils. 3-lobed leaves to 150mm long, scabrid above. Staminate flowers in panicle to 200mm long, yellowish-green flowers with corolla 8mm across. 53mm long x 30mm fleshy fruit green with paler green spots becoming brick red with green spots.
