Sometimes climbing shrub or subshrub to 4m, white-tomentose stems. Leaves to 135mm x 65mm with mucronate-serrate margins, glabrous above & densely white-tomentose beneath. Lax umbels of 25-50+ flowerheads to 10mm x 9.5mm with 40-50 ray florets with orange corolla to 11.5mm long, tube to 5mm x 0.4mm, limb to 6.5mm x 1.5mm, 60-80 disc florets with yellow corolla to 8.5mm, tube to 5mm x 0.5mm, limb to 3.5mm x 1mm, lobes 2mm x 0.25mm. Achenes to 1.3mm x 0.5mm with yellow pappus bristles, outer series 1.5mm long, inner series to 6mm long.
