Evergreen twining vine with slender ribbed purple stems, leaves with 5 leaflets, leaflets to 60mm x 40mm, puberulous thyrses with bracts to 1.5mm long and bracteoles, scented 50mm white flower, pale yellow in throat, glabrous calyx with lobes to 2.5mm, corolla tube to 35mm long puberulous outside with 5 lobes to 9mm x 11mm
