Hairy woody liane to 3m or scandent much-branched shrub, with greyish indumentum, leaves to 47mm x 25mm with recurved margins & pale brown beneath, glabrous or hairy above & densely hairy beneath. Axillary inflorescence to 20mm long, male axillary racemes to 20mm long with 2mm bracts, cream flowers, male receptacle 5mm diameter with 5 hairy tepals 4mm x 2.5mm, female inflorescene similar to male, female pink receptacle 2.5mm diameter, brown drupe
