High-climbing twining shrub or liana, young branches puberulent becoming glabrescent, with coriaceous leaves 140mm x 110mm becoming glabrous. Axillary & terminal many-flowered cymes to 70mm long sparsely puberulous with bracts 10mm x 3mm, fragrant white flowers, puberulous coriaceous calyx with 4 lobes 8mm x 6mm, white corolla to 14mm long with 1 large & 1 smaller lobe, corolla tube to 75mm x 3mm, lobes to 4mm long, orange-red fruit in fours

Replanting old mine sites as it tolerates high levels of nickel
