Erect to clambering shrub to 1.5m with brown puberulous stems. Pilose leaves to 50mm x 35mm with doubly serrate margins. Corymbs with flowerheads 9mm x 3mm with 7 bracts 6mm c 1mm, 6-9 florets per head with white corolla 6mm long, tube 1mm long & lobes 1mm x 0.5mm. Achenes 3.5mm long with pappus bristles 4.5mm long.
