Evergreen woody twining large glabrous liana with glabrous leaves to 250mm x 110mm. Many-flowered axillary & terminal panicles, racemes or corymbs with minute bracts, of fragrant 100mm wide, 65mm long lemon-yellow flowers with orange throat with minute bracts to 3mm long, calyx lobes to 7mm long, glabrous deep yellow corolla tinged red or orange, corolla tube to 10mm x 5mm with throat to 35mm x 18mm & lobes to 35mm long. Glabrous somewhat falcate follicles to 300mm x 20mm.
