Climbing pubescent shrub or liana with hairy stems, mucronate leaves glabrous above, pubescent beneath with white pubescence on both surfaces when young. Extra-axillary villous racemes 35mm long of 10mm greenish-yellow flowers with 5 3mm villous petals, 5 villous sepals. Fruit a yellow-green drupe ripening black to 15mm long x 10mm.
