Erect or climbing brown-villose scrambling shrub or small tree with hairy branches, hairy leaves or glabrous except on nerves to 200mm x 105mm, terminal & axillary pubescent corymbs or cymes with hairy bracts & bracteles, glabrous or[puberulous petaloid sepals white with faintly green veins to 90mm x 67mm, 20mm orange or yellowish flowers, calyx lobes to 14mm x 4mm, hairy corolla tube to 32mm long, yellow lobes to 5mm x 6.5mm, fruit a dark-purple hairy berry to 15mm long with deciduous calyx lobes
