Tall perennial woody twiner, glabrous stems, 3-foliolate glabrous leaves sometimes with hairs beneath, glabrous or sparsely whitish-hairy with axillary racemes to 240mm of 55mm white or pink or dark purple flowers, calyx villous outside with bristles & 8mm long lobes, standard to 35mm long x 18mm, wings & keel to 60mm x 10mm. Bristly brownish-yellow pod to 250mm long x 70mm, with reddish hairs & irritant bristles, marginal wings to 15mm
