Slender climber to 15m, glabrous branches. Glabrous trifoliate leaves, leaflets to 180mm x 110mm. Terminal panicles with bracts & bracteoles, pubescent calyx to 10mm long, standard petals to 25mm long. Black pod to 210mm x 55mm.
