Sometimes scandent herb or shrub with pilose stems. Leaves to 135mm x 55mm, pilose above & puberulous beneath. Terminal panicles to 150mm long, white flowers with pinkish-mauve lobes, yellowish at base of throat spotted purple, pilose calyx tube to 4.5mm x 2mm, calyx lobe pilose outside to 6.5mm x 2mm, white corolla, violet above, to 28mm long with throat 20mm wide & limb 28mm wide.
