Tall liana or large woody vine, glabrescent stems, imparipinnate leaves, to 9 foliolate glabrous above, leaflets silky beneath. Axillary panicles or lateral racemes to 500mm long, of silky reddish flowers, to 12mm, clayx 2mm x 3mm, petals silky outside, standard 10mm across, densely villous fruit 140mm x 30mm
