Fruiting Times
Tall liana or woody climbing shrub with glabrate branches. Imparipinnate leaves 300mm x 225mm with 5-7 leaflets to 200mm x 125mm, glabrous above, downy on veins beneath becoming glabrescent. Purple flowers in spike-like axillary panicles to 300mm long, ferrugineous silky calyx to 4mm, rose-violet corolla, standard silky on back to 10mm across, wings & keel slightly shorter. Flat green fruit with brown hairs.
