Scandent liana or slender twining subshrub with glabrate or puberulent stems. Leaves to 50mm x 25mm with denticulate or serrate margins & basal lobes 8mm long, glabrate or puberulent above, puberulent beneath. Terminal & axillary corymbs to 30mm x 30mm with bracts 30mm long, flower heads 5mm long with a bract 2mm long,phyllaries 3.3mm long, cream to white corolla 3.3mm long witha tube 1.5mm long & teeth 0.6mm long. Dark brown achenes 1.5mm long with white pappus bristles 3.3mm long.
