Semi-woody vine with striate glabrous stems. Leaves to 60mm x 35mm with basal lobes to 3mm x 5mm. Panicles 70mm x 45mm with puberulent bracts at base to 1.5mm long. Corolla to 2.2mm long with tube 0.8mm long & teeth 0.2mm long. Puberulent fruit to 1.5mm long with 15-20 white pappus bristles to 1.4mm long.
