Sprawling herbaceous to semi-woody sprawling to twining vine, lemon scented when bruised.. Stems glabrate above & tomentose above. Tomentose leaves to 40mm x 40mm with crenate-dentate margins. Corymbs with tomentose bracts to 17mm x 12mm, creamy-white flowers. Flower heads to 10mm long with bracts to 6mm long, phyllaries to 7mm long, corolla to 5mm long, corolla tube to 2.5mm long, teeth to 1.5mm long. Pilose achenes to 3.5mm long with white pappus bristles to 5.5mm long.
