Pubescent twining subshrub with striate stems to 3m. Leaves to 80mm x 60mm, pilose above & puberulous beneath. Terminal panicles of white flowers, flower heads to 10mm x 2.5mm with bracts to 7mm x 1.5mm, white corolla to 5mm long with tube 3mm long & lobes 1mm x 0.6mm. Achenes to 4mm long with pappus to 5mm long.
