Large glabrous liana to 20m with recurved prickles to 6mm long, bipinnate leaves with 2-6 pairs of leaflets, leaflets to 60mm x 35mm. Axillary & terminal panicles to 750mm long, sepals to 12mm x 6mm, glabrous petals to 10mm x 7mm. Winged pods to 150mm x 40mm, wing 12mm wide
