Glabrous twining perennial herb or liana with winged stems. Palmately 3-lobed leaves 150mm x 150mm with mucronate segments to 80mm x 30mm. few or many-flowered cymes with bracts 2mm long, yellow, pink or white with dark purple centre flowers to 10mm x 8mm with throat to 35mm x 40mm, coriaceous sepals 8mm long, white or cream corolla with purple throat 45mm long. Brown glabrous capsule 12mm x 12mm
