Scandent perennial decumbent or scandent herb or subshrub to 5m with quadrangular or tetragonal pilose stems. Pilose leaves to 150mm x 95mm with crenate-serrulate margins. Terminal & axillary inflorescence, white or pale pink flowers, flower heads 10mm diameter, flowers to 7.5mm long. Achenes to 3mm x 1.8mm with bristly pappus.
