Erect or scandent shrub with glabrous branches & tomentose branchlets. Leaves to 300mm x 70mm, glabrous above, tomentose beneath. Axillary panicles with bracts & bracteoles to 3mm long,4-toothed calyx 5mm diameter, 4 glabrous petals to 4.5mm x 3.5mm.
