Climbing herb or subshrub to 10m, corky ridged stems, glabrous or fissured branches. Glabrous leaves to 80mmx 30mm. Terminal cymes to 110mm long with bracts, white flowers with unpleasant smell, calyx lobes to 3mm x 0.7mm, corolla tube to 3.8mm x 1.7mmm glabrous outside, tomentose inside, mucronate corolla lobes to 4mm x 2.8mm, glabrous outside pilose inside. Capsule to 3.2mm x 4.5mm with persistent sepals.
