Epiphytic shrub or liana with exfoliating branches. Coriaceous mucronate leaves to 140mm x 50mm. Terminal corymbs or racemes of about 14 flowers, red flowers, bracts to 35mm x 6mm, sepals to 10mm wide, greenish petals. Red fruit to 9mm x 12mm.
