Scandent twining shrub, glabrous leaves to 70mm x 35mm. Axillary racemes to 40mm long of white or pale red flowers with red centres, yellow in tube, tube 23mm x 2mm, glabrous outside, upper inside lanate, lobes 25mm x 17mm and minute bracts, glabrous follicles to 140mm x 10mm
