Woody liana or tree with glabrescent stems. 3-9 foliolate glabrescent leaves, leaflets to 100mm x 50mm. Axillary racemes with minute tomentulose bracts to 1.5mm x 1.5mm & tomentulose bracteoles to 1mm x 1.5mm, flowers 7mm long with calyx 3mm x 1.5mm & teeth 1mm long, silky petals. Winged glabrescent brown fruit to 70mm x 15mm, wing to 50mm x 20mm.
