Climbing vine, shrub or liana with ferrugineous branches. Leaves to 105mm x 50mm, stellate pubescent above & stellate tomentose beneath. 4-flowered inflorescence, white to purple flowers toothed calyx 5mm long with 10 teeth to 2mm long, white corolla 20mm wide. Orange berry 12mm diameter. Vine or shrub with green fruit, blue or white flowers
