Fruiting Times
Woody semi-evergreen glabrous high climbing twining scrambler to 6m. Glabrous leathery leaves to 90mm long, sometimes pubescent beneath, uppermpst pair connate. Terminal or axillary whorls or panicles with connate bracts of 50mm long glabrous orange-red outside & yellow inside flowers with 5 lobes. Orange-red or scarlet berries to 6mm long with persistent calyx.
