Slender high-climbing vine with hairy stems becoming glabrescent when older, mainly glabrous leaves to 35mm x 23mm, axillary & terminal racemes to 30mm long, puberulous flowers to 4mm long, flowers with bracts to 2mm x 0.5mm, flower-bearing branches with bracts to 4mm long, calyx 5mm long with 5 puberulous segments 4mm x 1.2mm, light yellow puberulous corolla to 32mm long with tube 3mm cross at base widening to 6mm at mouth, corolla lips 20mm long & 6mm across at base becoming 2-lobed, lower lip 4mm wide at base, capsule puberulous to 22mm long
