Perennial dioecious pubescent twiner with setose yellow drupes, densely pubescent hooked bristly or strigose stems, huge leaves 5-lobed more than 300mm diameter, male racemose panicles to 400mm long, with setose bracts, female to 100mm long, greenish male flowers, sepals 3.2mm, petals 2.2mm long, female flowers 1.5mm long, fruit a drupe 25mm x 20mm, flowers yellow in racemes.
