Rusty-hairy twining vine with trifoliate leaves puberulous above, pubescent beneath. Terminal or axillary cymes of fragrant white or yellowish flowers flushed reddish outside, calyx 5mm long, corolla to 50mm long, tube to 40mm, lobes to 14mm & black berries to 17mm x 10mm
