Climbing or prostrate villous or glabrescent twining herbaceous perennial vine with mucronate leaves to 90mm x 60mm. 2- many flowered axillary umbels, corymbs or cymes with bracts to 8mm long & bractlets to 5mm long. Deep blue flowers, outer sepals to 10mm x 7mm, inner sepals to 7mm x 4.5mm, blue corolla to 28mm long. Capsule to 5mm diameter enclosed by persistent sepals.
