Clambering perennial herb, sometimes creeping or erect to 2mwith villous young stems, glabrate branches. Glabrous or puberulous leaves 140mm x 50mm. Bisexual flowers in terminal & axillary panicles to 300mm long with bracts & bractlets, spike to 25mm x 8m, flowers with a bract & 2 bracteoles, flowers to 2mm x 1.5mm, villous sepals to 1.5mm long, white to greenish tepals to 1.5mm x o.7mm. Glabrous capsule 1mm long.
