Herbaceous glabrous procumbent vine with woody glabrous stems, stem tips twining. Mucronulate leaves. 1-3 flowered axillary cymes with bracteoles to 5mm, deep red-violet flowers, mucronate sepals to 18mm x 6mm, pink glabrous corolla to 70mm long with 50mm diameter limb.
