Liana to 6m with glabrous stems. Glabrous leaves to 110mm x90mm. Few-flowered axillary cymes with bracteoles, pink-violet flowers darker throat, glabrous sepals to 16mm x 8mm, pink corolla to 95mm long, limb 40mm diameter. Glabrous capsule 16mm x 12mm.
