Twining perennial climber with tomentose stems. Mucronate tomentose leaves to 90mm x 70mm. Clusters to 10 red flowers with tomentose bracteoles to 13mm long, tomentellous sepals to 12mm x 8mm, magenta corolla to 60mm long with limb 30mm diameter.
