Flowering Times
Fruiting Times
Occasionally a twining liana, more often a tree or shrub. Coriaceous leaves 200mm x 120mm glabrate above puberulous on veins beneath. Terminal erect racemes to 260mm long, flowers subtended by bracts 55mm x 18mm, green calyx with lobes to 2mm, red to yellow tinged greenish corolla to 7mm long with lobes to 1mm. Red-brown lenticellate capsule to 15mm x 6mm.
