Fruiting Times
Perennial herbaceous dioecious or monoecious twining vine with prickly stems, scabrous leaves to 120mm x 120mm, often 3-lobed to 5-lobed. Male yellow-green flowers to 5mm diameter in spikes with bracts to 20mm long, female panicles to 150mm long, flowers fragrant green to straw-coloured 'cone' 20mm enlarging to 50mm, green to purple-brown fruit
