Large epiphytic shrub with vining glabrous branches. Coriaceous leaves to 100mm x 45mm. Solitary terminal white night-scented flowers subtended by 2 bracts to 25mm, flowers to 70mm long, calyx cream flushed pink, minute calyx tube with 4 lobes to 10mm x 2mm, white or cream corolla with tube to 60mm x 5mm, 4 lobes to 25mm x 16mm. Fruit capsule to 80mm x 10mm
