Hemi-epiphytic vine to 7m, pendent branches. Glabrous slightly corrugated leaves to 360mm x 100mm.Terminal inflorescence of pinkish flowers, reddish-brown on outside, red on inside of spathe, spathe to 70mm x 22mm, spadix to 14mm long, red-violet. Mature infructescence to 47mm x 15mm, berry 4mm x 7mm
