Sometimes scandent subshrub with sparsely puberulent stems. Serrulate leaves to 100mm x 35mm, puberulous beneath. Panicles of 22-25 pale lilac almost white flowers with lavender corolla 3mm long & triangular lobes. Achenes 2mm long with bristly pappus.
