Pubescent or glabrous tall twining shrubby glabrous liana with warty lenticellate hairy stems, axillary cymes 30mm long with bracts to 1mm, of fragrant 20mm diameter x 14mm long greenish-cream to yellow flowers to 14mm long, tube to 9mm, lobes to 7mm, calyx lobes to 1mm, corolla tube to 5mm long with lobes to 8mm long, paired glabrous follicles at 180ยบ dark brown 120mm long x 6mm with hooked top, glabrous mucronate coriaceous leaves
