Fruiting Times
Climbing spiny or unarmed hairy shrub, arching shrub or tree to 10m with lenticellate branches, spines to 25mm long. Simple to 5-lobed leaves to 130mm x 60mm pubescent beneath when young, leaflets to 40mm x 25mm. Tomentose or pubescent terminal racemes or panicles to 100mm long with bracts to 10mm x 6mm, 10 to many flowers, 50mm yellow flowers, pubescent 4-5 toothed calyx to 6mm x 4mm with lobes to 1mm, yellow corolla puberulous outside to 50mm long with 4 lobes to 35mm x 15mm. Fruit a glabrous pear-shaped yellow drupe to 30mm x 30mm, fruiting calyx to 8mm diameter.
