Climber or trailer with strigose stems. Trifoliolate leaves with strigose mucronate leaflets to 60mm x 8mm. Axillary racemes to 40mm long or 6-10 purple-blue flowers, racemes with bractlets to 2mm long. Flowers to 9mm long, ferrugineous-strigose calyx to 4.5mm long, purple to bluish corolla. Strigose pod to 35mm x 4mm.
