Woody glabrous tendril liana with lenticellate stems. Leaves with 2-3 leaflets & a simple tendril. Terminal or axillary many-flowered corymbs or panicles to 400mm long of white or pinkish-lavender flowers, corolla 20mm long with white tube becoming darker, 6mm lobes, lightly fragrant, white inside or white with purple filaments, pink or lilac calyx to 10mm long. Fruit a long flattened yellow-green capsule to 500mm long becoming brownish.
