Liana, branches with pale brown lenticels, glabrous branchlets. Coriaceous glabrous leaves to 105mm x 40mm. Terminal many-flowered inflorescence to 50mm x 50-mm wuth sepal-like bracts, sepals to 2.5mm x 1.5mm puberulous outside, glabrous inside, white fragrant puberulous corolla with brown-pink inside 13.5mm x 2mm, lobes to 9mm x 4.5mm.
