Woody glabrous clambering shrub to 5m or tree with glabrous stems or with thin hairs. Leaves to 150mm x 60mm glabrous above, glabrous or puberulent on veins beneath. Terminal few-flowered panicles or axillary corymbs with bracts to 1.4mm long of 10mm very fragrant white or yellowish flowers, calyx tube to 2mm x 3mm with 5 minute lobes, white corolla with tube to 10mm x 2mm glabrous outside, 5 lobes to 6mm x 2.2mm, fruit orange or red to 10mm x 7mm,
