Tall twining saprophytic orchid with long brownish glabrous stems with adventitious roots, scale leaves to 15mm long, terminal sometimes lateral glabrous racemes or panicles to 300mm long with bracts, of cream or pale yellow flowers spotted & tinged brown 18mm long, sepals to 50mm glabrous on backs, petals to 28mm, trilobed labellum 10mm x 6mm, fruit reddish capsule to 280mm x 10mm
