Climbing liana or creeping red-tomentose shrub with axillary & terminal leafy panicles to 125mm long of 9.5mm white flowers, tomentose sepals, pinkish white corolla 10mm across with a tube 2.5mm, 12mm long x 6mm glabrous fruit, rust coloured hairs on stems, racemes, calyxes, petioles & underside of young leaves, coriaceous mucronate leaves glabrescent beneath to 80mm x 50mm
